FAQ

What is the return policy? Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt and tags intact. Items purchased online can be returned via Canada Post and money will be refunded upon receipt of items. You can email customerservice@doreeshabit.ca if you are eligible for the free return label. All orders over $150 are eligible for one free return.

How are my items shipped to me? All of our shipments are sent out via Canada Post. 

When will I receive my order? All orders are shipped out by 3pm either the day of or the day after (Monday to Friday) we receive your order on Shopify. Any orders that come in on the weekend are packed and ready to ship out by 3pm on Monday. Typically Canada Post delivers items within 1-7 business days.

What if I'm picking up in store? You will receive a notification in your email when your item is ready for pick up. This will typically be the same day as you placed your order.

What if my order is damaged? Although we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed well there is the odd time that a package can be damaged in transit. Please email us at customerservice@doreeshabit.ca and we'll arrange a return/exchange for you.
